Private Character Editor- Eudcedit

I saw this over at digg.com, but the link that was provided has since been removed. I find it rather odd that a program within XP is now getting discussion at the end of XP's product life cycle. I may have to play around with the program. I could make some old school logos or something. Reminds me of the pattern editor in Animal Crossing.
