New Blogger Logo

Looks as Blogger has a new logo. Not sure if I understand why they picked a dog, as their logo, or maybe it is some kind of celebration logo?
/////update//////
Well the logo is suppose to have a blue background, but appears blue. Probably for better integration within Blogger's site.
/////update//////
Appears that the logo was due to Blogger's birthday."(Oh, the birthday logo is a dog because of that whole "1 human year = 7 dog year" thing. And there should be more dogs in birthday hats, don'cha think?"

Nintendo DS running Mac OS 7.5

"Lazyone managed to get MAC OS 7.5 running on his Nintendo DS using MiniVMacDS."

This a pretty kick ass video! Shows Lazyone running Mac OS 7.5.5 on his Nintendo DS. The video shows the system booting, and the use of various applications such as Mac 3D and Mac Paint. The input for the system is typed in on the DS's lower screen, while the screen is shown on the top screen, and can be scrolled to show areas that are larger than the DS's screen. An interesting display of DS's abilities as a system, but not much useful, as I'm sure you probably can't do much in Mac OS 7.5.5. Oh and beware of the very annoying music, some odd renditions of Mario theme music, and annoying camera glare.

Juice & HFCS

Why is it so freakin hard to find juice in the mega-market that does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup? I mean, you can but it cost seven dollars for a dinky jar that is worth about two and half glasses. What is the deal with High Fructose Corn Syrup? I mean is it that much cheaper as a sweetner then anything else? What happened to plain old sugar? I mean wasn't sugar suppose to be the death of society? Now I think it will be High Fructose Corn Syrup. This crap is going to kill us all. I mean what next? Snicker Bars with High Fructose Corn Syrup? I should have become a Chemical Engineer so I could invent a sweeter that will not kill us. Better yet find a cheaper or more effective way to harvest/synthesize sugar.

It would be nice to be able to walk into my local Mega-O-Mart and pick out something that in its natural state should be healthy for me to drink. Juice being one of the main things that a consumer should be able to purchase without having to read lable after lable looking for one that does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup. I was finally able to find a juice brand that was not way to expensive and did not have any High Fructose Corn Syrup. My purchase being Target's inhouse brand. OH welll.....

Camp Hyrule 2006

Camp Hyrule was pretty fun this year! I didn't get a chance to participate as much as I would have liked to. But oh well! I did like the theme this year! Best part, today the last day the camp fell into a star burst time warp, and warped back to 1998. I like the old school looking camp. No stupid flash animation. Flash animation have really junked up the Internet as of lately. Anyways dig the old school picture!

Salute Your Shorts Theme Song

Oh fond memories of killer TV Shows that where once on Nickelodeon.   What ever happened to TV shows like this? Click the title for a clip of the theme song.

Also found a alternate take of the opening credits on YouTube.

Actually after watching it a few more times, it appears that someone made this with footage from the show.  Oh well, still a funny find.

Stupid Nokia Phone

Well my menu key out of nowhere stopped working yesterday. So I visited my local Cingular store freshly built in Village West. The sells lady was only interested in selling me into an "Upgrade" which means a new two-year contract with Cingular. No way is Cingular going to rip me off for another two years. So I borrowed my girlfriends old Nokia phone, unlocked it and now have a working phone. Thanks to the following code.#pw+097453126536254+7# I would have purchased a new case and or keypad or sent my phone in for repair if offered. But no, greedy Cingular only wants my signature on the dotted line. So I have to resort to hacking another phone, from another provider to use a service I pay/work for to use.
Oh well I love American companies, and their rules and regulations.
